About the Role

As a Mid-Level SAP/WebI Developer, you will design and deliver enterprise-grade business intelligence solutions that support mission-critical reporting across global industries.

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of SAP BusinessObjects and Web Intelligence development-translating business requirements into scalable BI architectures, optimizing report performance, and ensuring governance across data layers.

This role goes beyond report building. You will influence reporting standards, enhance data integrity, and collaborate with architects and functional leaders to drive decision-grade insights across the organization.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience as an SAP Developer or BI Developer

Strong hands-on expertise in Web Intelligence (WebI) report development

Solid proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts

Experience in Agile or Scrum delivery environments

Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain SAP BusinessObjects solutions to support enterprise reporting requirements

Build, enhance, and troubleshoot Web Intelligence reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis tools

Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions

Optimize SQL queries and improve report performance

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across BI layers

Support migration, upgrades, and integration of SAP BO components

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

Collaborate with data architects, SAP functional teams, and business analysts to deliver high-quality BI solutions

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
