About the Role - Enterprise Client ImpactAs a
Client Support Analyst - RentPayment, you will safeguard the client experience behind a mission-critical payment platform used by property owners and operators worldwide. You will handle software-related concerns across multiple channels, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and resolution within defined service levels.
This is not transactional support. You will operate within an enterprise environment where responsiveness, documentation discipline, and thoughtful troubleshooting directly influence client retention and operational continuity. Your work contributes to a technology ecosystem that supports millions of leases globally.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of solid BPO customer service or technical support experience
Proven tenure stability with at least 1-year stints in previous roles
Experience in technical account or software-related support preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Strong customer-first mindset with measurable service performance
Demonstrated troubleshooting ability and analytical thinking
High aptitude for technology and systems navigation
Strong organization and time management skills
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Action-oriented with a track record of accountability and follow-through
Demonstrated integrity, inclusion, and professionalism in client interactions
Responsibilities
Respond to inbound client inquiries via phone, portal, and chat within defined SLA
Assess, troubleshoot, and resolve software-related payment platform issues
Document all cases accurately and manage tickets through full resolution
Monitor open concerns and proactively communicate status updates
Escalate complex or high-impact issues to appropriate internal teams
Maintain professional, empathetic communication to ensure high client satisfaction
Uphold documentation standards and service-level compliance at all times
