About the RoleAs a
Support Analyst Researcher, you will operate at the intersection of compliance, risk validation, and operational integrity within a global real estate technology environment. Your work safeguards onboarding, regulatory adherence, and client standards through meticulous verification, documentation control, and investigative research.
This is a precision-driven role for professionals who thrive in structured environments, understand the weight of regulatory compliance, and take ownership of accuracy under defined SLAs. Your contribution directly protects data integrity, mitigates risk exposure, and sustains operational excellence at scale.
Qualifications
1-5 years of experience in research, compliance, background screening, onboarding support, or similar analytical roles
Strong attention to detail with proven ability to detect inconsistencies and discrepancies
High organizational capability in managing multiple cases and document workflows
Compliance-oriented mindset with respect for confidentiality and regulatory standards
Strong research and analytical skills in validating records and assessing risk indicators
Clear written communication skills for documentation and stakeholder follow-ups
Strong time management skills with ability to meet SLAs and productivity targets
Proficiency in navigating multiple systems, databases, and web-based tools
Professional, discreet, and accountable work ethic in a fast-paced environment
Adaptability to evolving tools, policies, and regulatory updates
Responsibilities
Receive and process requests from HR, onboarding, compliance, and client teams
Review, collect, and organize candidate and employee documentation
Ensure documents are complete, accurately labeled, and stored per compliance standards
Conduct structured online research to verify identity, credentials, and background history
Validate records using internal systems and third-party databases
Track drug test orders and results; follow up on delays or discrepancies
Verify professional licenses through official state or regulatory websites
Confirm license validity, status, expiration dates, and disciplinary records
Request and review driving records to assess status, class, and violations
Flag discrepancies, compliance gaps, or risk indicators
Double-check data entries to ensure 100% accuracy and regulatory alignment
Update trackers, dashboards, and systems to meet turnaround and productivity targets
Complete cases within defined SLAs
Apply updated policies, regulatory requirements, and system changes in daily operations
Support audits, backlog clearance, and special projects as assigned
