Dean O鈥橲ullivan takes over as chief executive of Saint-Gobain UK & Ireland from Mike Chaldecott, who is retiring after 42 years with the company.
O鈥橲ullivan has already held a number of leadership roles within Saint-Gobain, starting as a sales manager at Saint-Gobain鈥檚 Gyproc business in Ireland in 2007, becoming sales and marketing director of the combined Gyproc and Isover Ireland businesses in 2011.
He then moved to the UK to lead Saint-Gobain鈥檚 Okarno (formerly Artex) business as managing director in 2013 and then its combined Insulation businesses including Isover in the UK in 2019.
Since 2021, O鈥橲ullivan has been managing director of Saint-Gobain鈥檚 UK Interior Solutions businesses, comprising Isover and British Gypsum.
