NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) is planning the second generation of its public sector construction works framework

Companies wishing to participate in the preliminary market engagement should complete the preliminary market engagement questionnaire (PMEQ) by noon on Thursday 13^th November 2025.

The aim of the PMEQ is to notify the market of NHS SBS's future plans, gauge interest in the opportunity from the market, and understand how it should be structured to provide a best in class offer.

The 拢750m framework is set to run from 26^th October 2027 to 25^th October 2031 (four years).

The existing framework agreement has five lots, which are under consideration during this preliminary market engagement:

• Lot 1 - Public sector and healthcare: 拢0m - 拢2.5m (12 regions)
• Lot 2 - Public sector and healthcare: 拢2.5m - 拢5m (12 regions)
• Lot 3 - Public sector: 拢5m - 拢15m (12 regions)
• Lot 4 - Public sector: 拢15m - 拢35m (national)
• Lot 5 - Public sector: 拢35m+ (national)
