Electrical Engineer III

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead the design and optimization of electrical systems supporting major industrial infrastructure such as pipelines, compressor stations, and energy storage facilities.

This is a high-impact position where your technical expertise will drive innovation, safety, and reliability across key operations. The company offers H-1B sponsorship for qualified international engineers looking to build their career in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and optimize power distribution and control systems for industrial facilities.
Manage construction, upgrade, and optimization projects from concept to completion.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes (NEC, NEMA, IEEE, API, etc.).
Integrate advanced technologies such as automation, real-time monitoring, and energy storage.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective engineering solutions.
Mentor junior engineers and promote technical excellence within the team.
Profile Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
5–10 years of professional experience in industrial or infrastructure environments.
Proficiency in design tools and general software (Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, etc.).
Experience with PLC and HMI systems preferred.
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Eligible for H-1B sponsorship to work in the United States.
