MadiganGill require White top Gangs or skilled individuals to start with a well established uitilities company

Job Details:

Carry out high-quality white top reinstatements, including the preparation, finishing, and signing-off of footways, verges, and other surfaces.
* Ensure all surface reinstatements comply with SROH standards, client specifications, and NRSWA requirements.
* Inspect excavations and backfill works before completing white top finishes to ensure compliance and prevent potential defects.
* Undertake cutting back, compaction checks, edging, levelling, and surface finishing to deliver a durable and accurate reinstatement.
* Communicate clearly with supervisors, teams, and client representatives to coordinate site access and ensure smooth workflow.
* Record all completed reinstatement work using handheld devices, including photos, measurements, and compliance notes.
* Identify any issues on site-incorrect depths, poor compaction, unsafe edges, trip hazards-and escalate or correct immediately.
* Maintain all tools, equipment, and reinstatement materials to ensure consistent output quality.
* Provide guidance and support to reinstatement crews to ensure the excavation is ready for white topping.
* Ensure all works are delivered safely, keeping sites clean, tidy, and compliant with permit and traffic management requirements.

• Must have Street works ticket (NRSWA Accredited)
• CSCS Card
