The Role

This is a field-based commercial sales position where you will act as the local face of the business, owning and growing a defined territory. You'll balance new business development with strategic account management and will have real input into pricing, strategy, and how the region develops.

This role suits someone who wants autonomy, visibility, and ownership, rather than layers of approval and capped upside.

Key Details

Territory: Based in Charlotte, NC Ownership: Full responsibility for accounts, pipeline, and regional growth. Compensation: Competitive base salary + uncapped quarterly bonus. Benefits: Company vehicle, Company credit card, Mileage and travel fully covered. Working Model: Heavy field presence, office-based when not on the road. Location: Must already be local.

Ideal Background

Proven experience in commercial HVAC sales. Mechanical industry background (HVAC, air systems, or related solutions). Manufacturer or solutions sales experience strongly preferred. Comfortable operating as both a hunter and farmer. Mid-senior level: experienced enough to run a territory, still hungry to grow.
