K-Lock Scaffolding K-Lock

is a proven multi-purpose scaffold system which can be used for all forms of access and support structures in the building and construction industries, shipbuilding, offshore construction and industrial maintenance.

K-Lock provides major savings in erection and dismantling times thus minimizing on-site costs. When not in use, its modular construction ensures minimal space requirements for storage.

K-Lock's unique node point connection allows up to four horizontal members to be connected to a vertical member in one single action - without the use of nuts and bolts or wedges. The locking device is formed by two cups, a fixed lower cup which is welded to the vertical component at pre-located intervals and a sliding upper cup. The forged blade ends of the horizontal components are located into the lower cup, the upper cup is moved down and rotated to secure the components in place and a hammer blow then results in a positive and rigid connection.

K-Lock is extremely versatile. It can be erected for straight, curved and circular configuration for both access and support, and also for independant and mobile towers.

Both vertical and horizontal members are manufactured from 48.3mm overall diameter x 3.2mm guage high tensile steel to British Standard 4360 Grade 50 (minimum ultimate tensile stress = 534N/mm2).

With no loose parts and with corrosion protection by hotdip galvanising to British Standard 729, minimum thickness of the zinc coating is 85 microns.

K-Ring Scaffolding K-Ring

K-Ring is extremely versatile. It can be erected for straight, curved or circular configuration for both access and support, and also for independant mobile towers.

Both vertical and horizontal members are manufactured from 1.90" overall diameter x 10 guage high strength steel tubing with a minimum yeild strength of 50,000 lbs/inch2 and a minimum ultimate tensile strength of 75,000lbs/inch2.

There are no loose components on the K-Ring System that can be lost or require maintenancwe. All components are Hot Dipped Galvanised Finish with a minimum zinc coating of 85 microns.

Frame Scaffolding

Props / Post Shores Props fully conform to the requirements of British Standard 4074:1982 and have been tested in accordance with British Standard 5507 Part 3:1982.

Props are manufactured from high quality material with a high quality primed and painted finish for long life and are highly resistant to wear and tear.

Props can be used on all types of building construction or for any type of use where an adjustable load bearing member is required.

The high tensile steel pin is located through a slot in the outer section and a hole on the inner section for coarse adjustment. The cast collar located below the pin gives fine adjustment for levelling or striking.

The rolled thread ensures no loss of material or strength at this critical point.
