The framework will be for an initial period of 4 years plus 4 x 1 year extension options at the discretion of Scottish Water.

Hiring should support short term needs however the option of long term hires will be required.

Vehicles fit for the purpose of each job regards vehicle size and capacity must be available. Vehicles offering must include:

The purpose of this procurement is to provide safe and efficient Self-Drive Vacuum Excavation Vehicles to support business requirements, particularly around buried utility services, pipelines, and other critical infrastructure. Vacuum excavation is the preferred method due to its precision, reduced risk of utility strikes, and minimal environmental impact compared to conventional excavation methods.

Vehicles fit for the purpose of each job regards vehicle size and capacity must be available. Vehicles offering must include within this range:
