The purpose of this procurement is to provide safe and efficient Self-Drive Vacuum Excavation Vehicles to support business requirements, particularly around buried utility services, pipelines, and other critical infrastructure. Vacuum excavation is the preferred method due to its precision, reduced risk of utility strikes, and minimal environmental impact compared to conventional excavation methods.
