Robert Purvis Plant Hire, based in Lochgelly, Fife, has bought a tranche of Chinese-made mini and micro excavators.
The company has invested in 45 new Sany excavators, with operating weights ranging from one tonne to eight tonnes.
The order comprised five of the one-tonne SY10U model and 10 each of the SY18C, SY26C, SY50U and SY80U.
