Caddick Construction is building the Ashfield Mills later living development on behalf of Anchor, which specialises in retirement properties.
Caddick is putting up 75 apartments in Idle on behalf of England鈥檚 largest not-for-profit provider of housing and care for people in later life. Known as Ashfield Mills, the scheme will include communal amenities, car parking and landscaped areas
Building work is scheduled to complete in 2027.
Ashfield Mills builds on Caddick鈥檚 presence in Bradford following the construction of One City Park, a five-storey (56,403 sq ft) office block for Muse and Bradford City Council.

Caddick was appointed to the project on Ashfield Road in Idle via the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) construction works framework.
