Carpenter Multi - Empty Homes Team
Salary: £36,000 - £38,000 Location: Newbury Job Type: Permanent, Full Time Hours: 40 hours per week
Our client is looking for an experienced Carpenter Multi to join their Empty Homes Team, covering the Newbury / Berkshire area. This is a varied, hands-on role working across vacant residential properties, ideal for someone with strong carpentry skills and additional trade experience.
You'll be working in a safety-focused environment and will be provided with a company van and fuel card, so you won't be out of pocket while travelling between sites.

The Role
As a Carpenter Multi, you'll carry out a wide range of carpentry and general maintenance tasks within empty residential properties, supporting the turnaround of homes to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
1st and 2nd fix carpentry
Installing internal and external doors, door frames, and windows
UPVC installation and servicing
Locksmithing, including gaining entry (lock snapping, drilling, picking)
Fencing works including posts, feather edge, chain link, and panels
Kitchen fitting, kitchen builds, and minor joinery
Supporting works including basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, decorating, and general maintenance
