Job Description

Job Title: Mobile Cleaner Location: City of Cardiff Start Date: 2nd March 2026 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 3:30pm

About the Role We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Mobile Cleaner to deliver high-quality cleaning services across communal areas within designated residential properties throughout the City of Cardiff.

The sites include:

Community Living Schemes

High-Rise Buildings

Low-Rise Blocks of Flats

This role plays a vital part in ensuring all communal spaces remain consistently clean, safe, and well-maintained, creating a positive environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities Deliver high standards of cleaning across multiple residential sites

Maintain communal areas including hallways, stairwells, entrances, and shared facilities

Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and in line with agreed standards

Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly

Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents

Represent the organisation professionally at all times

What We're Looking For Previous cleaning experience

A strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

A genuine desire to make a positive difference in residents' daily lives

A customer-focused approach with good communication skills

Flexibility to travel between sites within Cardiff
