Your Role in Driving HR Excellence

As Senior HR Operations Team Lead, you will drive HR projects, improve processes, analyze key data, and mentor your team. You'll ensure operational excellence, deliver actionable insights, and collaborate across functions to shape efficient, accurate, and impactful HR strategies.

  • Qualifications to Excel in This Role

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 3 years in project management, process improvement, and HR analytics
  • Proven expertise in project management methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS, reporting tools, and advanced Excel or Power BI
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and influence stakeholders at various levels
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in a global or multinational organization is highly desirable
  • Your Key Contributions

    Project Management

  • Lead and manage HR-related projects, ensuring timely delivery, scope alignment, and measurable outcomes
  • Develop project plans, monitor milestones, and coordinate stakeholders across HR and other divisions
  • Mitigate risks, resolve roadblocks, and apply change management best practices
  • Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, reduce manual work, and improve accuracy and compliance
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement operational efficiencies
  • Standardize workflows and ensure alignment across departmental key functions and procedures
  • Reporting and Data Analytics

  • Oversee HR metrics, dashboards, and reporting framework to support business decisions
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
  • Present actionable insights and recommendations to HR leadership and senior stakeholders
  • Leadership and Collaboration

  • Supervise and mentor a team of HR analysts, ensuring quality output and continuous skill development
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex issues and provide solutions-oriented guidance
