Job Description

As a Partnerships Director, you will develop strategic partnerships, nurture key relationships, and drive a robust fundraising pipeline. You'll champion the organization's mission, lead partnership planning, support donor engagement, collaborate across global teams, and represent the brand through speaking engagements, events, and ministry-driven initiatives.

The Qualifications We Seek

More than 5 years' experience

Relationship building and networking

Entrepreneurship and ability to grow an organisation from the ground up

Well-developed communication skills

Ability to mix with and influence people at various economic, social, cultural and professional levels

Advanced negotiation and public speaking skills

Foundational skills in analyzing customer databases for reporting and action planning

Marketing and business development skills

Knowledge:

Deep understanding of and connection with the Filipino church

Strong personal relationships with church community leaders

Understanding of and networks within the local philanthropic fundraising landscape

Foundational knowledge of global poverty and community development principles

Experience:

Extensive leadership experience in a church setting

Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects

Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships

Experience in ministry, sales, marketing, or communications

Experience acquiring and cultivating donors in the Philippines (highly desirable)

Experience with a start-up (highly desirable)

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets

Qualifications:

Training in Christian Ministry

Business education (highly desirable)

Your Daily Tasks

Act as an advocate for children and raise awareness of their needs and potential

Build relationships with pastors, advocates, and volunteers to develop sustainable funding partnerships

Speak on behalf of the organization in various Christian ministry settings

Develop partnership plans aligned with local marketing goals

Set and meet performance goals using local market research and agreed budgets

Execute partnership plans and events while analyzing results and optimizing outcomes

Work closely with Supporter Engagement teams to ensure donors feel known, loved, connected, and engaged

Activate and empower volunteers and alumni to support mission efforts

Collaborate with global and local teams to maximize impact

Provide timely management reports to stakeholders

Travel domestically or internationally (around 50%) to support partners

Uphold organizational values and contribute to a strong, Christ-centered culture

Participate in prayer and worship activities

Perform other tasks aligned with the role as needed
