Plumber - Hospital Site (PPM Maintenance) Job Type: Contract (Temp to Perm) Start Date: Immediate Industry: Facilities Maintenance Location: Manchester (Hospital Site) Rate: £22-23 per hour

Job Description: We are recruiting an experienced Plumber for a leading Facilities Management company. This is a static role based at a hospital in Manchester, carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and general plumbing repairs. The position is long-term with a strong opportunity to go permanent, ideal for someone seeking stability and full-time ongoing work.

Hours:37.5 hours per weekv - plus overtime

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out PPM plumbing maintenance on a hospital site

Repair and maintain all plumbing systems

Diagnose and rectify plumbing faults

Attend and fix leaks, blockages, and general plumbing issues

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)

Previous experience in building maintenance / FM environments preferred

Able to start immediately
