Driver / Labourer - Social Housing Contract
Location: Knowsley Start Date: Immediate / ASAP Rate: £14.00PAYE / £16.50 Umb Contract Type: Ongoing/temporary
We are currently seeking a reliable Driver / Labourer to work on an established social housing contract. This role involves supporting trades on site and transporting materials between properties.
Duties will include:
Driving company vehicles between sites and properties
Delivering and collecting materials
Assisting tradesmen on site as required
General labouring duties
Keeping vehicles and work areas clean and tidy
Working respectfully in occupied properties
Requirements:
Valid CSCS card (essential)
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Previous labouring or site experience preferred
Good timekeeping and a strong work ethic
Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
Professional and respectful attitude when working in tenants' homes
