Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop cross-functional operations teams (Facilities, Operations, Logistics) across multiple sites; drive performance, coaching, and career growth
- Plan staffing and organizational structure through forecasting, resource allocation, and succession planning
- Own 24x7 operational performance, ensuring uptime, reliability, security, and SLA compliance; manage incident and change processes
- Oversee ticket management, work prioritization, shift scheduling, and on-call coverage
- Track and improve KPIs (uptime, MTTR, MTBF, inventory accuracy, capacity, cost); conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Partner with Engineering, Program, Supply Chain, Construction, and Product teams to deliver business objectives
- Drive process improvement, automation, safety, sustainability, and large-scale operational change
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Operations (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in datacenter or mission-critical operations, including 2+ years managing 10+ employees
- Experience leading 24x7 operations and meeting/exceeding availability and reliability SLAs
- Strong knowledge of datacenter infrastructure (power, cooling, servers, networking, facilities)
